About these terms

These terms apply when you use furstra.com or buy from FURSTRA ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Products and images

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Images are for illustration and the product you receive may differ slightly in colour or appearance.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

Orders

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Faulty items, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Using our website

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting to interfere with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website belongs to FURSTRA or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
