Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. All orders are sent from within Australia.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping: free on every order.
• Express shipping: available at checkout for $15.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak periods.

Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Address details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email furstra.admin@gmail.com with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
